Financial Technology and Medical Digital Innovation Sandboxes:<\/strong> The Wyoming Secretary of State and the Wyoming Banking Commissioner have the authority to waive specific statutes or rules to allow for the testing of innovative financial products or services. The Wyoming Innovation Partnership uses federal funds to support economic growth and diversification and build a highly sophisticated workforce. The first phase launched in 2022 and aims to address workforce gaps across the state in energy, tourism, hospitality, healthcare and entrepreneurship.
