Simplicity makes it easy to implement, understand, and translate into clear, actionable objectives.\u201d<\/p><div data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">One CEO Bart worked with\u2014a $100M service company aiming to double in size\u2014faced challenges with execution due to a lack of clarity on how to implement the growth across all business lines. Bart helped the CEO refine the strategy and put in a plan to build an organizational structure and align the compensation plans including clear goals and objectives, that would drive the growth.
